We are a small family farm dedicated to breeding fine Alpacas. Our location is the high prairie east of the Rocky Mountains.

This is the tenth year that Serendipity has been raising Alpacas. Marie was involved in the formation of the local Colorado Alpaca Breeders Of The Rockies (ABR) and has been a strong advocate for the organization as well as the Alpaca Owners and Breeders Association (AOBA). Our mission is to be involved in the advancement of the Alpaca industry by improving the breed. Our goal is for every one of our crias be of sufficient high quality to be a foundation Dam or Herdsire.

Come spend some time at the farm. Stay in our Bunkhouse and get to know our camelids better!
We breed for disposition, conformation and exceptional fiber. To this end we have carefully assembled the best dams and herdsires available. Our dams are exceptional Peruvians: Coya, Cora, Chiffon, Chablis; Chileans: Lacey, Pauliana and Eboney; and our Bolivian: Jewell. Our Peruvian Herdsires, Calistoga and Hennessy (soon to be joined by Cochetope and Connagher) are exceptional alpacas. They have the best of the best in their background: Hemingway, Peruvian White Out, Elvira and Big Hoss to mention a few. Their crias are equal to any in the nation. You can spend a lot more of your hard earned money but you won't get any finer animals.

Our nutrition standards follow the practices outlined by Dr. LaRue Johnson, DVM, Professor Emeritus Colorado State University. Only the best Hay and Alfalfa and Cache La Poudre mineral supplements are fed to all our animals.

Please Note: We have time payment plans and multi-purchase discounts
